ExportIB.exe   [-option]
 Options:
   NoLog             - disable log file
   LOG=<file>        - base name of log file pathname without ext
   CFG=<file>        - name of hcfg config file to use
   MINIMIZED         - start application minimized
   AUTOSTART         - auto start server on run
   CLOSE             - closes runned copy of application
   SaveTempCfg       - DEV: save cfg on all operations under TMP
